We had Blue Circle waterproof the exterior of our house in the fall (2012). We received quotes from a number of companies and Blue Circle was both competitive and came highly recommended by others in the neighbourhood. Initially I hired another contractor to do my waterproofing however it wasn’t done properly. Blue Circle redid the job and made it right. I was very happy with their professionalism and the quality of the work. The site was cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I would happily recommend them.

Clean – on time – on budget – no surprises. What I appreciated most about Blue Circle was they did their homework while on-site rather than just assuming it was a standard job. This allowed them to show the little details that would make the job better without adding a lot of cost and where not to spend money. They also outlined what problems we might discover once they started digging – a little scary at first – but it let us prepare for the possibility and budget for it (no other contractor pointed these out). The other contractors just applied standard pricing – and I assume a standard job. Naturally this is a messy job, yet they left the site clean and safe every night and when they finished the project. They site inspected to be sure those little details were actually done too. I know the job we got was the job we paid for.

Repair to Home Foundation – Waterproofing Basement

All work was done extremely professionally. This was a sudden job after we found a leak in our basement. Mark at Blue Circle gave us a quote, outlined the work and made sure the job was done exactly as promised – on time and with top notch quality. His crew worked hard, arrived as scheduled and were very neat and polite. After the work was done, our yard was left in better condition than before. My wife and I really appreciate how well the work was done and how it was completed before Christmas.
